Opportunity versus Rest

Peace and rest are two of the most important aspects of life for any individual, but especially for women in African modern society. 

Women in African modern society face a unique set of challenges that can make it difficult to find peace and rest. These challenges include gender inequality, poverty, and violence.

This piece inspired me to celebrate art admist any situation whether conflict or peace. Art reflects the journey we all take in this walk of life.
